DELIVERY - Clothing

Clothing is made to order. Please allow up to three weeks for order fulfilment and dispatch. All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class parcels. Up to 3 garments will be sent in a letterbox-size package. Packages containing more than 3 items will need to be handed to recipient, so consider using a work address or the one where you are most likely to be present when mail is delivered.

Please allow three working days for order fulfilment and dispatch for custom orders. All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class parcels. A4 prints are large letter sized and should fit through most standard letter boxes. A3 Prints will need to be handed to recipient, so please consider using a work address or the one where you are most likely to be present when mail is delivered.

RETURNS

Made to order items are exempt from the distance selling regulations act and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please check the size chart carefully prior to placing an order.

Customised items are NOT eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or arrive damaged. If this is the case please email philippa@phirefly.co.uk with details of the issue.

Non-customised and readymade goods: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Please email philippa@phirefly.co.uk in the first instance to request a returns reference stating your order number and reason for return.

Please return items in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs which are are non-refundable. A Proof of Postage certificate from the Post Office must be obtained when returning items. We can not be held responsible for items that we do not receive.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email notification. If your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
